- All rates include bed and breakfast
- No children under the age of 12
- All rooms are non smoking
- We require pre-payment of accommodation prior to arrival.
- Over December we require a minimum of 2 night stay.
- Management reserves the right to change rates without notice
Cancellation Policy:
- A 50% cancellation fee applies is your booking is cancelled after confirmation.
- A 100% cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled 2 weeks or less prior to arrival
